COVID-19 Update - July 30th 2020
We hope you and your families are staying safe, and finding the silver linings in this rapidly-evolving situation. Our focus is on ensuring the health and safety of our Showers Pass team and the global community, while maintaining the ability to serve our customers, feed the economy, and support all the partners in our supply chain.
We are open for business in our SE Portland headquarters with some added restrictions.
Besides our new contact-less Will-Call window (hours 10-2), we are now ready to open our Showroom in a very limited capacity (1 customer at a time). Because of our reduced staff and small space, we are welcoming customers back to our showroom By Appointment Only. Please call our office M-F between 9-5, 503-203-8000, and we can determine if a personal showroom experience is the best way to help you. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to wear a mask (or one will be provided) and further instructions will be given on how to navigate through our showroom safely. As is the case with most businesses in our community, we are figuring this out as we go, with safety as the #1 priority.
We're are continuing to fulfil online orders within 24-48 hours.
Our thoughts are with everyone that is personally affected by COVID-19 and we are grateful for all the people working in medical fields, grocery stores, and the other critical services serving the public on the frontlines. Thank you!
For us, figuring out safe and permissible ways to continue playing outside with our families is key to our sanity, and supporting our customers in that endeavor is what we do best. How can we help to continue to inspire and enable the pursuit of outdoor adventure during this pandemic? Let us know your thoughts at email@example.com, faceook.com/showerspass, twitter.com/showerspass or instagram.com/showerspass.
